- 1 clove of chives
- - 1 bunch of mushrooms
- - 400 g of cherry tomatoes
- - 100 g of tomatoes
- - 100 g of olive oil
- - 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- - 2 tablespoons of salt and pepper
- - to taste
Method of preparing hot mushroom salad with tomatoes
Cut the onion into halves.
Chop the garlic finely.
Cut the mushrooms into 4 pieces.
Chopped green onion. Cut the tomatoes into 8 pieces, there is no need to cut the cherry tomatoes.
Preheat a deep pan with olive oil and fry the onion until translucent. At the end of frying, add the garlic.
Then put them in a pan and fry the mushrooms for 3-5 minutes to mix the tomatoes and chives, and let them warm for another 3 minutes. Salads, pepper, salt and season with lemon juice and lemon zest.
Serve hot and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
